Deebo Samuel's fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 13 (2023). Our advice on whether you should start or sit Deebo Samuel for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR2
ANALYSIS: On nine targets in Week 12, San Francisco 49ers wideout Deebo Samuel caught seven of them and had 79 yards and a score on the ground against the Seattle Seahawks. It was good to see Samuel get into the end zone as that is something the star receiver has lacked this season as he only stands at one receiving score and three rushing touchdowns this year through nine games played.
Samuel has an interesting matchup in Week 13 and fantasy managers are scrambling to know if he is the valuable start this week or not.
In Week 13, he'll face the Philadelphia Eagles, who rank 27th in the NFL in total yards allowed this season which means Samuel should see a favorable matchup where he can put up points with both receiving and rushing. Samuel hasn't had a 100-yard receiving game since Week 3 but will have his opportunity this week against a struggling Eagles defense. The 49ers wideout can be viewed as a strong WR2 this week with WR1 upside.
Samuel ranks 12th in our Half-ppr rankings for Week 13.
