Kenneth Walker III Injury Update

Walker (chest) logged back-to-back full practices at the end of the week and will suit up this Sunday versus the Commanders. He's been held to just 9.5 touches per game over the last two weeks but does have a solid chance to bounce back versus Washington's suspect run defense. Walker ranks as a low-end fantasy RB1.

 

David Montgomery Injury Update

Montgomery (ribs) practiced in full all week long and has been cleared to play versus the Chargers. He should return to his starting role but could lose some snaps to rookie Jahmyr Gibbs, who has come on quite strong over the Lions' last two contests. From a fantasy perspective, Montgomery is a high-end RB2 while Gibbs is a low-end RB2. Both could explode this week versus a struggling Chargers defense.

 

James Conner Injury Update

Conner (knee) was limited in practice all week long and is officially questionable for Sunday's game against the Falcons. Given that Conner is on injured reserve, Arizona would need to activate him by 4 p.m. EST on Saturday in order for him to be eligible to play. Fantasy managers should keep an eye on that deadline when evaluating whether he might suit up in Week 10.

 

Aaron Jones Injury Update

Jones (hamstring) was limited in practice all week long. However, he has been removed from the final injury report and does not carry a designation into Sunday's game versus the Steelers. The veteran has maintained a steady presence on the injury report for most of this season, but he didn't let that hinder him in Week 9 as he ran wild for 99 scrimmage yards and a touchdown. He ranks as a fantasy RB2 this weekend.

 

Dameon Pierce Injury Update

Pierce (ankle) failed to practice for the second consecutive week. He has officially been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bengals, putting Devin Singletary in position to draw another start. Although Singletary struggled last week, averaging just 2.0 YPC, managers should acknowledge that he faced a terrific Buccaneers defense. Give him the benefit of the doubt and take another chance on Singletary as a fantasy RB3 in Week 10.

 

Emari Demercado Injury Update

Demercado (toe) has been ruled out for Week 10 after missing all three practices leading up to Sunday's contest. This is tough news for an Arizona offense looking to get healthy. If Conner happens to miss the clash with Atlanta, too, Keaontay Ingram would step up as the Cardinals' lead back. We should have more clarity on this entire situation by Saturday evening.

 

Cam Akers Injury Update

The Vikings have officially placed Akers (Achilles) on injured reserve, ending his season. Look for Ty Chandler to assume more snaps as Alexander Mattison's new backup.

 

Keaton Mitchell Injury Update

Mitchell (hamstring) upgraded to a full participant in practice on Friday. However, he remains questionable to play in Week 10. Fresh off a big game versus Seattle, Mitchell has put himself onto the fantasy radar as a rookie breakout worth monitoring. With that said, it’s too early to trust him in your lineups.

 

Pierre Strong Jr. Injury Update

Strong (hamstring) logged back-to-back limited practices and is officially questionable for Week 10 versus the Ravens. At this point, it seems like he's a true game-time decision. With that said, the running back's status doesn't impact too many fantasy managers. He's third on the depth chart and lacks fantasy appeal at the moment.

 

Kendre Miller Injury Update 

Miller (ankle) did not practice this week and has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Vikings. He has been the No. 3 running back in New Orleans. As a result, his absence has no implications in redraft fantasy leagues.

 

DeeJay Dallas Injury Update

Dallas (shoulder) upgraded to a full participant in practice on Friday but remains questionable to play in Week 10. Despite making progress over the last few days, Dallas' status may not be decided until kickoff Sunday. Regardless, he's off the fantasy radar.

 

Kenny McIntosh Injury Update

McIntosh (knee) practiced in full all week long, but the Seahawks are listing him as questionable for Week 10 versus Washington. Given that he is still on injured reserve, this could be Seattle's way of saying that it's too early to tell whether he'll be activated by Saturday at 4 p.m. EST.

 

Deon Jackson Injury Update

Jackson (concussion) upgraded to limited participation in practice on Friday. However, he was still ruled out ahead of Week 10 versus Dallas. The 24-year-old logged the first touch of his Giants tenure last Sunday but will have to wait a little longer before he steps back on the field.

 

Jashaun Corbin Injury Update

Corbin (hamstring) remained limited in practice all week long and is officially questionable to play Sunday versus the Cowboys. The 23-year-old hasn't taken a single offensive snap in his career, but that could change if he manages to suit up as New York's No. 3 running back this weekend. Regardless, he belongs on waivers in all fantasy leagues.
