Ka'imi Fairbairn Fantasy Football Outlook
Fairbairn's pre-injury average points for the 2023 season ranks him sixth among kickers this season. Amendola has also posted two separate games scoring over 10 fantasy points from the position.
Last season, Fairbairn was one of the NFL's most accurate kickers, hitting nearly 94% of field goal attempts including 6/6 from over 50 yards. He also gets to play the majority of games in the perfect conditions of NRG Stadium
Unfortunately, Houston quarterback C.J. Stroud recently lost his top two offensive weapons. Tank Dell is out for the remainder of the season with a broken fibula while Nico Collins was ruled out last game with a calf strain and is questionable for Sunday's matchup with Tennessee. With both receivers out, the Texans' offense sputtered against New York, managing a mere 125 total yards.
Without Collins or Dell, it is hard to trust this offense to get into scoring position and Fairbairn should be left off your roster. If the former is able to suit up, he moves into range 10-15 among kickers, due to the Titans' pass-funnel defense. Proceed with caution.
