Top Wide Receiver Waiver Wire Pickups for Week 14: Russell Gage, Deonte Harris, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Amon-Ra St. Brown

kendrick bourne fantasy football rankings news NFL DFS lineup picks

Justin Carter's fantasy football wide receiver waiver wire pickups for Week 14 of the 2021 NFL season. His free agent WRs to add, stream and stash off waivers.

Another week of NFL action is behind us and the fantasy playoffs are fast approaching — or are here for some of y'all! Are there any players left on the waiver wire wasteland? Let's find out. Below, you'll find some wideouts that you should be targeting on the waiver wire ahead of Week 14.

Not all options are the same. Some players may be better in PPR or deeper leagues, so it’s not a one-size-fits-all comparison. Use your best judgment when deciding which of these players is the right fit for your roster.

Be sure to also check out our Waiver Wire Adds for Week 14 for help at all the skill positions. All players on this list here are around 50% rostered or below.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

Russell Gage, Atlanta Falcons

34% rostered

Is it finally time for people to add Gage? He was targeted 12 times this week, catching 11 passes for 130 yards. Gage is the team's No. 1 option at this point, especially with defenses trying to stop Kyle Pitts. Gage is playable WR4 on a weekly basis, even if he'll occasionally post a complete dud, like the couple of times that he's just completely failed to make a reception.

Jamison Crowder, New York Jets

21% rostered

Elijah Moore is the No. 1 receiver now in New York, but Crowder has some appeal in deeper, full PPR leagues. He was targeted six times, catching four passes for 62 yards. I'm not sure that makes me forget he had one catch last week, but it makes me feel better about the possibility of playing Crowder in an emergency.

Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Tennessee Titans

13% rostered

No A.J. Brown. No Julio Jones. No Derrick Henry. And a meeting with the Jaga coming up this week?

Someone has to catch some passes, and Westbrook-Ikhine has been targeted 14 times over the past two games. If I'm taking a dart throw on a Titans wideout, it'll be this guy, because I'm following the targets.

Deonte Harris, New Orleans Saints

16% rostered

Harris tied his season-high in targets this week with eight, catching four of them for 96 yards and a score. The last month or so has objectively sucked for anyone who was playing Harris in fantasy, but the fact this uptick in work came at the same time that the Saints swapped to Taysom Hill at QB is notable to me. I'm not going to go out and prioritize Harris, but it's decent information to know, I suppose.

Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions

6% rostered

Welcome back to the weekly "some Lions player lands on this list" spot in the waiver wire column! St. Brown saw 12 targets on Sunday, catching 10 passes for 86 yards and a score for an offense that finally seemed slightly alive. Of course, you can't really trust a Lions wideout, and Brown will probably see four targets next week. But, uhh, I don't know...the waiver wire isn't great this week. Or any week, really. 2021 has been a bad waiver season.

Darius Slayton, New York Giants

6% rostered

The injuries continue in New York, as the team was without Sterling Shepard and Kadarius Toney again, and Kenny Golladay spent some time sidelined. Slayton saw seven targets from Mike Glennon, but caught just two for 13 yards. Still, second time in the last three games with seven targets? Sure, you could play him in an emergency, which is basically all the waiver wire is good for at this point.

Albert Wilson, Miami Dolphins

0% rostered

I just wanted to mention Albert Wilson because I'm probably the last remaining survivor on Albert Wilson Island. Anyway, Wilson was the No. 3 guy for Miami on Sunday, getting targeted eight times. Four catches for 26 yards isn't exciting, but Wilson has 14 targets over the past two games. He also has a bye week up next though, so not really much reason to consider him yet.

Jakeem Grant Sr., Chicago Bears

0% rostered

Will Allen Robinson ever return from his hamstring injury? If not, then maybe Grant is slightly intriguing. He was targeted seven times, the same amount as Darnell Mooney and Damiere Byrd. Mooney had five catches for 27 yards. Byrd had three for 36. And Grant had five for 62 and a touchdown. After being acquired via a trade with the Dolphins, Grant is finding a bit of a role in Chicago. Maybe in a 16-team league, you can take a chance on him? Maybe?
