Wyatt Langford Smacks First Career Grand Slam
6 months agoTexas Rangers outfielder Wyatt Langford went 2-for-4 with his first career grand slam in Saturday's 6-0 win over the Royals. It was his third consecutive multi-hit game and eighth in June, now hitting .313 (21-for-67) for the month with four doubles, two triples, two home runs, 17 RBI, six runs scored, and six stolen bases in 18 games. The 22-year-old now has two home runs in his last four games, a welcome sign as fantasy managers who drafted him were expecting more pop based on his 70-grade power and after swatting six long balls in 21 spring games this year.
