Trevor Goosby Cleared for Week 1

Texas All-American left tackle Trevor Goosby will be playing in Week 1 as the Longhorns host Texas State. Goosby suffered a bone bruise in camp, but is set to play on Saturday. Goosby may not get a ton of playing time as the Longhorns look ahead to Week 2's matchup with Ohio State, but he will be suited up. Goosby is projected as one of the top offensive linemen in the 2026 NFL Draft, and will be crucial to Texas' offensive success this season.
