Trent Grisham Exits With Hamstring Tightness
Trent Grisham (hamstring) left Monday's game in the bottom of the fifth inning with hamstring tightness, reports Bryan Hoch of MLB.com. Jasson Dominguez replaced him in the lineup in left field, with Cody Bellinger shifting to center. Prior to the injury, Grisham was 1-for-2 with a single, so it's possible that the hamstring became an issue while he was running the bases. Expect further updates on the severity of the injury after the game. Hopefully it remains a day-to-day issue for the 28-year-old rather than requiring a trip to the injured list, as he's in the midst of a career-best season. He is slashing .246/.348/.467 with 15 home runs and regularly leads off for the Yankees.
