Tim Anderson Still Sidelined Tuesday
6 years agoChicago White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson is out again Tuesday versus the Royals missing his fourth straight game. He was hit by a pitch on the right wrist Friday against the Twins but should be considered day-to-day as the team is likely remaining cautious with their breakout star. Anderson is having a superb year batting .337 with eight homers and 13 stolen bases as he vies to repeat his 20/20 season from 2018. There hasn't been any signs of him slowing down other than his last steal came on May 14, so hopefully, the wrist injury doesn't linger and impact his swing as the season progresses. Look for Anderson to return to the lineup tomorrow or when the Indians come to town for a four-game set starting Thursday.
