Tanner Pearson Out For 4-6 Weeks After Surgery
2 years agoVancouver Canucks left wing Tanner Pearson (hand) underwent surgery on Thursday and is set to miss the next 4-6 weeks. He injured his hand in Wednesday's loss to Montreal. In Pearson, the Canucks are losing a first-line winger, although the 30-year-old has struggled for form in 2022-23, posting only five points in 14 games. Nils Hoglander, who scored Wednesday, could now find himself getting a big promotion from the fourth line, while Vasily Podkolzin and Conor Garland are also candidates to move up in the lineup.
