T.Y. Hilton Trending Towards A Return
3 years agoIndianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (concussion) shed his non-contact jersey in practice on Thursday, signaling that he was a full participant after being limited on Wednesday. It's unclear if Hilton has actually cleared the league's concussion protocol, but this is a good development for his chances of returning to action in Week 10 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Hilton didn't make his season debut until Week 6 and has played in just two games in 2021. In those two games, the veteran pass-catcher has caught six of his nine targets for 96 yards and no touchdowns. He should return to being the No. 2 receiver behind Michael Pittman Jr. once he's ready, but in this low-volume passing offense, Hilton won't be much more than a touchdown-dependent WR4/flex on a weekly basis.
