The Pittsburgh Steelers are expected to target cornerback early in free agency this offseason, team sources told Penn Live's Nick Farabaugh. Specifically, the Steelers are expected to pursue Nate Hobbs, who has a lot of experience with new defensive backs coach Gerald Alexander from their time together with the Las Vegas Raiders. Other names tossed around by sources at the NFL Combine last week that could be pursued by the Steelers include D.J. Reed, Carlton Davis, and Charvarius Ward. The Steelers are also leaving the door open for Donte Jackson to return, but it's not a priority with free agency right around the corner. In addition to a strong crop of free-agent cornerbacks, the Steelers could also look to address the position through the draft.--Keith Hernandez
