The New Orleans Saints declined the fifth-year option on cornerback Eli Apple ahead of the deadline on Friday, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. The former 10th overall pick of the Giants in 2016 started 10 games for New Orleans after being traded over in October of last year.
