Rams, Bobby Wagner Agree To Part Ways
2 years agoThe Los Angeles Rams and nine-time Pro Bowl linebacker Bobby Wagner mutually agreed to part ways on Thursday, according to sources. The Rams are in need of more salary cap space this year and Wagner wants to win. The 32-year-old veteran will now be among the bigger defensive names on the open market this offseason. After spending 10 years with the Seattle Seahawks, Wagner joined the Rams in 2022 and recorded 140 tackles (81 solo), 10 tackles for loss, 10 QB hits, a career-high six sacks, two interceptions and five passes defensed in 17 games in LA. He's not getting any younger, but he led the Rams in tackles last year and still has a lot left in the tank for a contending team and fantasy managers in IDP leagues.
