Los Angeles Kings center Quinton Byfield (upper body) exited Monday's contest early due to an upper-body injury. The team did not provide an update on his status after the contest. However, fantasy managers should expect the team to monitor Byfield's workload heading into the Stanley Cup Playoffs, as they have already clinched the No. 2 seed in the Pacific Division. Before exiting the game, Byfield would score his 23rd goal of the campaign on the power-play in just over 14 minutes of ice time. This was his fourth-straight game finding the back of the net. Over his last eight games, Byfield has tallied 10 points, with four of them coming on the power play. If cleared to return in the playoffs, he would be viewed as a strong play in DFS competitions.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
