Paul Craig did not let the rematch go to the judges, submitting Shogun Rua in the second round via a tapout. Craig was able to keep the majority of the first round on the mat, which is exactly where he needed the bout to go to give him the best chance for a win. In the second round, Craig continued to dominate on the mat, leading Rua to tap out due to several unanswered punches. With the win, Craig continues his streak of finishing every single one of his victories. It has also been four fights now since Craig has suffered a loss. Craig scored 29 significant strikes (54 total strikes) along with landing four of his attempted eight takedowns on the night.--Matt Bricker
