NFL Network's Ian Rapoport said that the Indianapolis Colts believe that quarterback Daniel Jones is their "franchise guy" at the position, which is why they shipped two first-round picks and receiver Adonai Mitchell to the New York Jets at Tuesday's trade deadline to secure the services of All-Pro cornerback Sauce Gardner to help their secondary. Jones laid an egg in the Week 9 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, throwing three interceptions and also fumbling three times, but he also threw for a season-high 342 yards on 31 of 50 passing. Overall, in his first year in Indy, Jones has been great, completing a career-best 69.6% of his passes for a league-high 2,404 yards, 14 touchdowns, and six interceptions in nine games. The former first-rounder has led Indy to a 7-2 record and is generating buzz as an MVP candidate. The jury is out on whether Jones can keep this up, but the Colts' strong ground game and offensive line have certainly taken the pressure off of him.--Keith Hernandez

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua (ribs) said his ribs are feeling good after practicing in full on Thursday, according to Adam Grosbard of the Los Angeles Daily News. It's an upgrade for Nacua, who was listed as limited in the team's first practice of the week on Wednesday. All signs are pointing to the 24-year-old All-Pro wideout being able to play this Sunday in a big divisional battle against the San Francisco 49ers after he left the Week 9 win over the New Orleans Saints with a rib injury. The Rams have been optimistic about Nacua's status all week, and the star wideout likely would have returned to last Sunday's game if it had been close. Despite leaving early against the Saints, the former fifth-rounder still had seven catches for 95 yards and a touchdown on his eight targets. Nacua is a no-doubt, high-end WR1 in fantasy football when he's active.--Keith Hernandez

Updating a previous report, Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown (hamstring) was able to practice in full at the team's first practice of the week on Thursday. It's music to fantasy managers' ears after Brown was forced to sit out of the Week 8 win over the New York Giants due to a hamstring injury. The 28-year-old was able to get extra rest during the team's Week 9 bye, though, and the extra time off has apparently done him well. Barring a setback with his hamstring, Brown should be all systems go in Week 10 for a Monday night showdown against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. Coming into Week 10, Brown is averaging only 10.3 half-PPR fantasy points per week, which is tied for 35th among receivers. The matchup against Green Bay's defense isn't ideal, but fantasy managers can take comfort in knowing that Philly's passing attack was starting to hum before the bye. Brown is still a must-start WR in fantasy because of his high ceiling when he's clicking.--Keith Hernandez

Updating a previous report, Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley (groin) was listed as a full participant in Thursday's practice. Barkley was forced to leave the Week 8 win against the New York Giants late in the third quarter, but not before galloping for 150 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries while adding four catches for 24 yards and another trip to paydirt. The Eagles' bye in Week 9 definitely came at a good time, and it appears that Barkley should be ready to roll by Monday night for the team's Week 10 contest against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. Barkley's performance in Week 8 was his first 100-yard rushing game of the year, and fantasy managers will be hoping he can keep that momentum after having a week off. Overall, Barkley has averaged only 4.1 yards per carry after averaging 5.8 yards per tote in 2024 on his way to Offensive Player of the Year honors.--Keith Hernandez

Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Darnell Washington (foot) returned to practice on Thursday after sitting out Wednesday's session due to a foot injury, according to Alan Saunders of PGH Steelers Now. Washington's return to practice on Thursday gives him a chance to play this coming Sunday night against the Los Angeles Chargers. The hulking 6-foot-7, 264-pounder is in his third year in the NFL with Pittsburgh and has recorded 13 catches for 127 yards and a touchdown on his 20 targets through eight games this year. Washington's size makes him an intriguing red-zone target for veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers, but his volume has been limited behind fellow tight ends Pat Freiermuth and Jonnu Smith. Washington should be able to suit up in Week 10, but he'll remain a touchdown-dependent TE3 in fantasy. UPDATE: Washington practiced in full on Thursday.--Keith Hernandez

Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders (back) was upgraded to a full practice participant on Thursday after he was listed as limited on Wednesday due to a back injury, per Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN. Back tightness forced Sanders to be inactive for the Week 8 loss to the New England Patriots, which led to Bailey Zappe serving as the backup to rookie Dillon Gabriel. The 23-year-old Sanders is obviously feeling much better after having last week's bye to heal up, so it looks like he'll be back this weekend as the QB2 behind Gabriel against the New York Jets. Sanders, whose draft-day fall to the fifth round was the story of this year's NFL draft, has been praised by the coaching staff for the work that he's put in. However, Gabriel has gotten the first crack at starting duties in 2025 after the team traded away Kenny Pickett and Joe Flacco. Sanders could get his shot later this year, but right now, he's only stash-worthy in fantasy leagues in dynasty/keeper formats.--Keith Hernandez

Houston Texans tight end Dalton Schultz (knee, shoulder) was able to practice in full on Thursday after being limited on Wednesday, according to the team. It's the third straight week that Schultz has been on the team's injury report with knee and shoulder ailments, but the 29-year-old hasn't missed any time. Fantasy managers should expect him to be out there this weekend for a Week 10 divisional clash against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He's still searching for his first trip to the end zone in 2025, and the odds of his first touchdown coming this Sunday took a hit when the Texans ruled out starting quarterback C.J. Stroud (concussion) earlier this week. Schultz has seen an uptick in production in the last three games, though, catching 17 of 21 targets for 199 yards. Backup QB Davis Mills could lean on Schultz as a security blanket this weekend, but Schultz will still be no more than a touchdown-dependent TE2 for fantasy managers.--Keith Hernandez

New York Giants tight end Theo Johnson (shoulder) was upgraded to a full practice participant on Thursday after he was limited in practice on Wednesday, according to Dan Salomone of Giants.com. Johnson apparently injured his shoulder in the Week 9 loss to the San Francisco 49ers, but a return to a full practice on Thursday means he should be ready to roll for a Week 10 contest this Sunday on the road against the Chicago Bears. The 24-year-old scored his fifth touchdown of the season in addition to three catches for 27 yards on six targets last week with Daniel Bellinger (neck) sidelined. Johnson should remain the Giants' primary pass-catching option at TE, but Bellinger's impending return this weekend takes a little bit of the streaming appeal away. Johnson has caught more than three passes in a game only twice this year, but he can't be ignored as a TE2 streamer with rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart injecting life into the Giants' offense.--Keith Hernandez

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Dyami Brown (concussion) upgraded to a full practice on Thursday after he was limited on Wednesday due to a concussion that he suffered in the Week 9 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders. Meanwhile, Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle) has yet to practice this week following a low-grade high-ankle sprain that he suffered in Sunday's overtime win. Additionally, Jacksonville placed first-rounder Travis Hunter (knee) on Injured Reserve last week, so the Jags could be without their top two wideouts in Week 10 against the division-rival Houston Texans on Sunday. The team acquired Jakobi Meyers in a trade on Tuesday from the Raiders, but his snaps could be limited in his debut with the team as he learns the offense. If Brown clears the concussion protocol and plays this weekend, he will have an elevated role in the passing attack, putting him in play as a WR4/flex option in deeper fantasy leagues.--Keith Hernandez

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (ankle) remained a limited participant at practice for the second straight day this week with a lingering ankle injury, according to Katherine Terrell of ESPN. Kamara continues to battle through an ankle injury that has landed him on the team's injury report for the fifth straight week. However, the 30-year-old veteran hasn't missed any games, so he should be able to play this Sunday against the division-rival Carolina Panthers on the road. The five-time Pro Bowler is showing his age in 2025, and his ankle issue probably hasn't helped, as he's averaging a career-low 3.6 yards per carry. Things aren't looking up for Kamara, either, in an offense that is now being run by rookie quarterback Tyler Shough. Kamara has scored just one touchdown on the year and has become a low-upside RB3/flex for fantasy managers.--Keith Hernandez

Cleveland Browns rookie tight end Harold Fannin Jr. (hamstring), who leads the team in receptions and receiving yards, missed practice on Thursday because of a hamstring injury, according to Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN. Fannin wasn't listed on the Week 10 injury report, so this is something to watch heading into Friday's final practice of the week. The 21-year-old has come on strong for the Browns in his first year in the league, catching 38 passes for 352 yards and two touchdowns on 51 targets, but he could be in danger of missing this Sunday's game against the New York Jets. Fantasy managers who have been starting him need to have a backup plan at the ready. If Fannin isn't cleared to suit up this weekend, fellow tight end David Njoku would be firmly in the TE1 mix in fantasy football. Check back on Friday for Fannin's official Week 10 status.--Keith Hernandez

Former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown has been extradited to the United States from the United Arab Emirates and faces an attempted murder charge, according to a report from TMZ Sports. TMZ reports that he has been in Dubai in an attempt to evade the American authorities after being accused of trying to shoot and kill a man with a handgun at a boxing event in Florida in May. According to the report, Brown will "likely be held at the Miami-Dade Department of Corrections and charged with one count of attempted second-degree murder with a deadly weapon." Brown last played in the NFL in 2021, when he appeared in seven games for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.--Will Brady

Washington Commanders rookie running back Jacory Croskey-Merritt (tooth) was able to practice in full on Thursday after being limited on Wednesday due to a tooth issue. Croskey-Merritt's status for Washington's Week 10 matchup against the Detroit Lions does not appear to be in jeopardy. The 24-year-old has recorded 440 rushing yards and four touchdowns on 94 carries across nine games so far this season. However, Croskey-Merritt has failed to crack 38 rushing yards or score a touchdown since Week 6. In Washington's Week 9 loss to the Seattle Seahawks, Croskey-Merritt earned the same number of carries (12) as fellow Commanders back Chris Rodriguez Jr. Washington's unsettled backfield picture makes it difficult for fantasy managers to trust Croskey-Merritt as a starter. He profiles as a low-end RB3/flex option against Detroit in Week 10.--Will Brady

Minnesota Vikings running back Aaron Jones Sr. (shoulder, toe) was able to log a limited practice on Thursday after being held out of practice on Wednesday due to toe and shoulder injuries. Jones Sr. suffered an AC joint sprain in his shoulder during his team's Week 9 win over the Detroit Lions that forced him to exit the game early. However, he appears to be trending in the right direction heading into Minnesota's Week 10 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Across four games played this season, the 30-year-old has recorded 218 scrimmage yards and a touchdown on 34 touches. If Jones Sr. can't go against Baltimore, Vikings running backs Jordan Mason and Zavier Scott would likely split backfield work. Assuming Jones Sr. is cleared to play, he profiles as a high-end fantasy RB3/flex option in Week 10.--Will Brady

Miami Dolphins rookie running back Ollie Gordon II (ankle) was limited in practice for the second straight day on Thursday due to an ankle issue. Gordon injured his ankle during Miami's Week 9 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Before Week 9, the 21-year-old appeared to be carving out a role in the Dolphins' offense. In Miami's Week 8 win over the Atlanta Falcons, Gordon II recorded season-highs in touches (11) and scrimmage yards (66). For the year, Gordon II has logged 152 yards from scrimmage and two touchdowns on 46 touches. If he is sidelined in Week 10, Jaylen Wright would likely take over as Miami's RB2 behind De'Von Achane. Even if Gordon II is active on Sunday, the game script in a tough matchup against the Buffalo Bills may make it difficult for Miami to feed him the ball on early downs. The rookie profiles as a deep-league flex option at best in Week 10.--Will Brady
