The Green Bay Packers are activating cornerback Jaire Alexander (shoulder) from Injured Reserve on Wednesday, according to head coach Matt LaFleur. Alexander has been practicing, but it remains to be seen if he'll actually play in Week 17 against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday night. The 24-year-old shutdown cornerback has been out since Week 4 with an AC joint sprain in his shoulder, so the Packers only goal is to have him ready to go for the postseason. Even if Alexander is active on Sunday night, he's unlikely to have a full workload against Minnesota. Alexander's return is a big boost to a Green Bay secondary that was already one of the best in the league.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
