Kansas City Royals pitcher Michael Lorenzen is expected to come in as the bulk reliever during Wednesday's game against the Seattle Mariners. Cole Ragans is set to make his first start since coming off the injured list. That being said, Ragans is going to be limited in terms of a pitch count. Lorenzen has been tasked as the piggyback option out of the bullpen for this one. This season, Lorenzen has been a full-time starter, but coming out of the bullpen is something Lorenzen has done plenty throughout his career. The right-hander has mostly struggled this season with a 4.95 ERA, 1.39 WHIP, and a 113/36 K/BB ratio across 24 starts. Lorenzen isn't a recommended streaming option for this game.--Andy Webb
