Michael Cuevas Makes Triple-A Debut
Michael Cuevas made his Triple-A debut on Thursday evening during their contest against Lehigh Valley. In this contest, Cuevas tossed one shutout inning of relief. He allowed one hit and two walks. Cuevas opened the campaign with Double-A Harrisburg and was very effective. Out of the bullpen, Cuevas tossed 25 2/3 innings to the tune of a 2.10 ERA and a 1.13 WHIP. During this stretch, Cuevas struck out 22 batters and allowed just 12 free passes. This was a stark contrast to the hefty 5.91 ERA and a 1.50 WHIP he held across 105 innings of work with Double-A during the 2024 campaign. Fantasy managers should expect Cuevas to continue to operate out of the bullpen with Triple-A.
