Max Kranick Heading to Injured List
New York Mets relief pitcher Max Kranick (elbow) has been placed on the 15-day injured list. He underwent an MRI that revealed a flexor strain in his right elbow, so Kranick will miss some time. The expectation is that Kranick is going to miss 3-4 weeks of action. That being said, Kranick is unlikely to get back on the mound until after the All-Star break. Before going down, Kranick posted a 3.65 ERA, 1.05 WHIP, and 25/5 K/BB ratio across 37 innings of work.
