Cleveland Guardians first baseman Kyle Manzardo went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and three RBI in Sunday's 5-4 extra-inning win against the Pittsburgh Pirates. The 24-year-old started at first base for the fourth time this season, hit his sixth long ball, and drove in his 16th run. On the season, he is now slashing .212/.321/.545. The power and slugging numbers are certainly there for Manzardo, but the average is falling close to the Mendoza Line, so fantasy managers hope to see more consistency from him down the stretch. The four starts at first base will undoubtedly help his eligibility in fantasy baseball and provide managers who roster him more flexibility with their lineup once he reaches the threshold of 10 starts at first base. Next for the Guardians is a three-game series against the New York Yankees.--Nicho Roessler
