Winnipeg Jets winger Gustav Nyquist (undisclosed) was moved to Injured Reserve on Tuesday and will miss a second consecutive contest against the Los Angeles Kings. The Swedish forward remains day-to-day, but it's uncertain when he can return. Through his first 11 outings in Winnipeg, Nyquist has recorded five assists. His exit from the lineup has given Alex Iafallo a chance to settle into a second-line role. Iafallo registered an assist in Saturday's win over the Pittsburgh Penguins, but he hasn't been consistent offensively. In 12 outings this season, Iafallo has contributed two goals and three assists.--Taavi Pailk
