6 years agoColorado Rockies starting pitcher Jeff Hoffman will be called up to start on Tuesday against the Nationals in place of Kyle Freeland. Hoffman had a 9.35 ERA and 2.54 WHIP while striking out only 5.2 hitters per nine innings in six outings (one start) for Colorado last year. His numbers to begin the year in the minors in 2019 weren't very good either. Hoffman is certainly one to avoid for streaming purposes against a good offense on Tuesday.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
