Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku (thigh) exited during the fourth quarter of Sunday's Week 6 contest against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He has been taken to the locker room for further evaluation and is officially questionable to return. At the time of his departure, he had caught three of six targets for 28 receiving yards. Harold Fannin Jr. and Blake Whiteheart will step up as the Browns' top two tight ends until Njoku can return.--Andersen Pickard
