Head Coach Brian Daboll has a specific package for Dart and used him on three running plays against Dallas, even in a close game, though Dart's lone carry resulted in a loss of yardage. While this willingness to deploy the rookie keeps him on the dynasty radar, his minimal snap count means his fantasy impact is nonexistent for now, regardless of the opponent.
