New York Jets All-Pro safety Jamal Adams is not expected to participate in the NFL's voluntary offseason program that opens next week, according to league sources. The Jets haven't shown any interest in signing Adams to a long-term extension so far this offseason. The former sixth overall pick in the 2017 draft is entering the final year of his rookie contract, so the Jets are in no rush to extend him, but Adams is getting impatient after back-to-back Pro Bowl seasons, including a first-team All-Pro selection in 2019. He's one of the best safeties in the league already and is severely underpaid right now, so this could get ugly or lead to a trade if it's not addressed this summer.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
