Jake Marisnick Leaves Game With Knee Pain
6 years agoHouston Astros outfielder Jake Marisnick (knee) left the game early on Friday with left knee discomfort. Marisnick had a run and a walk in three plate appearances on Friday before leaving the game. Stay tuned for more news on Marisnick, as this could be an injury that might force him to the injured list. He's hit .245/.312/.455 with six home runs, 24 runs, 17 RBI and six stolen bases in 159 plate appearances. Marisnick has been useful in deep mixed leagues of late with more playing time with George Springer (hamstring) on the injured list. He has a nice power/speed combination but doesn't often see consistent enough at-bats.
