San Francisco Giants right fielder Hunter Pence (thumb) has resumed baseball activity after dealing with recurring soreness. Pence was pulled from his last start a week ago and is seemingly back on track to return to the field. The Giants had called up Mac Williamson as Pence's replacement last month, but he has been on the disabled list due to a concussion for the past few weeks and is not expected to return until late-May.--Kev Mahserejian
