Philadelphia Eagles star linebacker Haason Reddick (thumb) is having thumb surgery to address an injury that he suffered in Monday's training camp practice, according to sources. It's being done so that he can be ready for the start of the 2023 regular season. After signing a three-year, $45 million deal with the Eagles last offseason, Reddick made his first Pro Bowl and had 49 tackles (35 solo), a career-high 16 sacks, 11 tackles for loss, 26 QB hits, a league-high five forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries in 17 regular season starts in his first year in Philly. The former first-rounder in 2017 will once again be a key cog on the Eagles defense in 2023 and shouldn't have to miss any games at the start of the season, barring a setback with his thumb after surgery.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
