George Kittle Kicks Off Week With Limited Practice
3 years agoSan Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle (calf) was a limited participant on Thursday to begin the practice week. Kittle returned from Injured Reserve after missing three games to lead the team in catches (six) in the Week 9 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. He was also second on the team with his eight targets, going for a team-high 101 yards. It was a nice return for the 28-year-old, reminding the fantasy world that he's firmly back on the map as a high-end TE1 at the weakest position in fantasy. The 49ers will likely continue to limit him in practice after he just returned from IR. Against a Rams defense that has allowed the fourth-most fantasy points per game to the tight end position in the last three weeks, Kittle should be a locked-in top-five TE.
