Darren Waller Returns To Practice
Darren Waller returned to practice Sunday after suffering an AC joint sprain on Friday. This comes as great news that he was only sidelined for one day as he continues to turn heads at camp. Waller has received rave reviews as a pass-catcher throughout the offseason and training camp and will step into a role vacated by Jared Cook, making him a potential breakout in 2019. There’s still plenty of work that needs to be done for him to live up to expectations, but the raw talent is there the only concerns rest in his ability to block. Waller could return sneaky value at a thin position on an offense with a new overhaul of weapons.
