Calgary Flames goaltender Daniel Vladar entered the game in relief after starter Jacob Markstrom was pulled in Sunday's 5-4 victory against the Ducks. Markstrom allowed two goals on nine shots in the opening period, and with the team trailing by two goals he was taken out of the game during the first intermission. Vladar entered the contest and stopped 11-of-13 shots on goal, while the team scored five goals after the goalie change to pick up a massive victory in their push for the final Western Conference wild card spot. Vladar carries a 2.83 goals against average and .895 save percentage on the season, and the Flames backup could close out the regular season as the number one option in the final five games while Markstrom has underperformed with a 2.98 goals against average and .890 save percentage on the season.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
