Corey Seager To Take Part In Sim Game Saturday
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers shortstop Corey Seager (hand) will play in a simulated game on Saturday at the team's spring training complex, and he'll play five to six innings and receive three at-bats. The Dodgers have been taking it slow with Seager as he tries to return from a fractured right hand, but there's a chance that he could come off the injured list at some point next week. Although he only has four home runs and a .265 batting average in 147 at-bats this year, Seager needs to remain rostered in all fantasy formats in the Dodgers loaded lineup. Gavin Lux will slide back to the keystone and share time at second base with Chris Taylor when Seager is back from the 60-day injured list.
