Clyde Edwards-Helaire Looking Good At Practice
3 years agoKansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy said that running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (knee) "looked great" during Wednesday's practice. Edwards-Helaire didn't have an official injury designation because he remains on Injured Reserve, but this is a good sign that he will be activated later this week and return to the field in Week 10 against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday night. It remains to be seen if CEH will be on a pitch count in terms of his snaps if he returns this weekend, but his return will obviously be bad news for both Darrel Williams and Derrick Gore. The 22-year-old second-year back had 65 carries for 304 yards and no touchdowns while adding eight receptions on 10 targets for 61 yards and two touchdowns through the air in five games before landing on IR.
