The Kansas City Chiefs have been in discussions about re-signing offensive tackle Mike Remmers after recently releasing tackles Eric Fisher and Mitchell Schwartz, according to a source. Remmers thrived at right tackle before moving to the left side out of necessity in the Super Bowl when Fisher was out due to injury. He should have a market in free agency, but the Chiefs are hoping they can get him to return. Austin Reiter also won't be returning to the offensive line, so KC will certainly make an effort to retain Remmers. His versatility is extremely valuable, as he's started games at right guard, left guard and right tackle. Remmers will cost more after signing a one-year, $1.2 million deal last year. He didn't allow a single sack during the regular season and had fewer than 20 pressures on the year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
