Camilo Doval Escapes in Ninth Inning
Camilo Doval was handed the ball with a three-run lead versus the Boston Red Sox on Saturday. Doval struggled early as he allowed three straight hits and two runs. He was able to settle down and retire the next three batters to earn his 12th save of the season. Doval has been lights out over the last few months, so fantasy managers shouldn't be alarmed by this outing. He has pitched in three of the last four games, so fantasy managers shouldn't be surprised if he is unavailable on Sunday. Doval holds a 2.06 ERA, 1.09 WHIP, and 33/15 K/BB ratio across 35 innings this season. He should be rostered in most fantasy formats where saves matter.
