C.J. Kayfus Hits Two Doubles, Tallies Three RBI on Friday
C.J. Kayfus enjoyed a breakout game on Friday evening. Facing the White Sox, Kayfus went 2-for-4 with two doubles and three RBI. In the opening frame, the recently-promoted prospect hit a bases-clearing double which scored Kyle Manzardo, Carlos Santana, and Bo Naylor. This was his second straight game in the majors, tallying at least two hits, and his third consecutive game tallying at least one hit. Overall, through his first six games in Cleveland, Kayfus has held his own, posting a .300/.300/.450 line with three doubles. Earlier in the season, Kayfus flashed high upside at Triple-A, slashing a .283/.367/.528 line with an .893 OPS. Given that he is finding his footing and seeing every day opportunities, he is worth adding in all 12+ team formats this weekend.
