The Denver Broncos hired Vance Joseph as their new defensive coordinator on Thursday, according to a source. Joseph returns to the organization after he went 11-21 as the team's head coach from 2017-2018. He spent the last four seasons as the Arizona Cardinals' defensive coordinator under Kliff Kingsbury. The 50-year-old has been a coach in the NFL since 2005, starting with the San Francisco 49ers as a defensive backs coach. Joseph has also worked with the Houston Texans, Cincinnati Bengals and Miami Dolphins. Before hiring Joseph, Denver was looking at former New York Jets and Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan and former Detroit Lions head coach Matt Patricia for the job. The Broncos D was their strength last year and should be in good hands with Joseph.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
