The Los Angeles Rams will incur $3.15 million in dead money if they cut center Brian Allen before June 1, but would save $4.9 million against the 2024 salary cap, according to Over the Cap. Allen didn't start or play any significant minutes for the Rams in 2023, but starting center Coleman Shelton has only a few weeks to decide whether he'll void his contract this year. If he does, he'll become a free agent, and the Rams will need a center. Reserve tackle Joe Noteboom is another potential cap cut, according to The Athletic's Jourdan Rodrigue, but the Rams would incur $15 million in dead money with any cut before June 1 and save $15 million if a cut is designated after June 1. Allen has played in just 12 games (seven starts) the last two years in LA.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
