Braxton Fulford Hits Home Run In Third Straight Game
Braxton Fulford went 2-for-4 with two home runs during Tuesday's contest at Triple-A Sugar Land. Fulford has been flashing upside-down power throughout the opening week of the Triple-A regular season. Fulford has gone deep at least once in each of his past three games. Through eight total games, the backstop has hit five long balls and held a .308/.379/.923 slash line. He has tallied eight RBI and scored seven runs. The Texas Tech product spent most of the 2024 season with Double-A and is taking the next steps in his development. Last season, the 26-year-old held a .241/.341/.412 slash line with 10 home runs across 92 games. Fulford could be in the mix to make his MLB debut later this summer if he continues to produce at this rate.
