Blue Jays Interested In Ian Happ
Ian Happ, whose ability to play center field is valuable in light of George Springer's recent injury. Springer isn't expected to miss significant time or anything, but Happ would give the Blue Jays some high-end insurance at the position. The 27-year-old received his first All-Star nod this year and is currently slashing .279/.360/.436 with nine home runs, 46 RBI, 45 runs scored and six stolen bases in 408 plate appearances and 99 games. However, with Springer healthy, Happ might struggle for consistent playing time in Toronto, which would obviously hurt his fantasy upside for the remainder of the season if he was dealt to the Blue Jays.
