Ben Roethlisberger Good To Go Against Bengals
3 years agoPittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (pectoral) was a full participant in practice on Friday and is good to go in Week 3 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Roethlisberger was taken off the final injury report. Big Ben is pretty tough. We know that. But his left pectoral injury is something to watch in this divisional matchup. The bad news: wide receiver Diontae Johnson (knee) has been ruled out, so JuJu Smith-Schuster, Chase Claypool and James Washington should be Pittsburgh's top three wideouts. The 39-year-old signal-caller has yet to go over 300 yards passing in two games and has just two touchdowns and one interception. He also hinted at some frustration with the new offensive coordinator this week, so Roethlisberger has become more of a low-upside QB2.
