Baker Mayfield 2026 Fantasy Football Outlook:
Even though his pass attempts in 2025 and 2024 were nearly identical, Baker Mayfield lost 36.5% of his passing touchdown production in one season (41 in 2024, 26 in 2025). Add in a decline from three rushing touchdowns to one as well, and fantasy managers were left with a drop of about 100 fantasy points after his 2024 career year. In 2026, Mayfield's favorite weapon, wide receiver Mike Evans, is off to San Francisco, leaving Chris Godwin, Emeka Egbuka, and the backfield tandem of Bucky Irving and Kenneth Gainwell. Many of the Buccaneers' offensive weapons were hurt last season, including Mayfield himself. Mayfield, Godwin, Evans, Egbuka, and Jalen McMillan all missed significant time, but that group should be healthy heading into the new season. With a healthy roster and a new offensive coordinator in Zac Robinson, Mayfield has a good shot of returning to the level of a top-10 quarterback, even though he is being drafted much closer to QB20.
