Antonio Brown Still Managing Ankle Injury
3 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brown (ankle) was listed as limited in Wednesday's practice. After a long layoff due to a sprained ankle and a three-game suspension, Brown returned in Week 16 against the Carolina Panthers to go off for 10 catches for 101 yards on 15 targets. Chris Godwin (knee) is out for the year and Mike Evans (hamstring) is now on the COVID-19 list, so Brown figures to serve as quarterback Tom Brady's primary weapon in the passing game yet again in a cushy Week 17 matchup with the New York Jets. Although Tampa probably won't need to throw the ball around all that much in order to beat the Jets handedly, Brown nevertheless will have WR1 upside for fantasy managers. Start him everywhere.
