Anthony Firkser Ruled Out Again In Week 3
3 years agoTennessee Titans tight end Anthony Firkser (knee) missed practice all week and has been officially ruled out for the Week 3 contest against the division-rival Indianapolis Colts. It will be Firkser's second straight absence after he was injured in the season-opening loss to the Arizona Cardinals. With the 26-year-old out for another game, MyCole Pruitt and Geoff Swaim should continue to split snaps at the position, with Tommy Hudson serving as depth behind them. All three combined for six receptions for 67 yards in the Week 2 win over the Seattle Seahawks. Pruitt seems to be the team's preferred pass-catching option with Firkser out, but fantasy managers should be avoiding Tennessee's tight end picture entirely.
