Chris Durell brings you DraftKings fantasy NASCAR advice, DFS lineups picks and sleepers analysis for the New Hampshire 301 from New Hampshire Motor Speedway

This week the NASCAR Sprint Cup series head to Loudon, New Hampshire for the New Hampshire 301 on Sunday afternoon. The biggest news going into the race is the one and possibly two week absence from Dale Earnhardt Jr. who is dealing with concussion symptoms. Alex Bowman will take his place in the #88 this week and if he misses a second race next week at Indy Jeff Gordon will come out of retirement and replace him.

Looking at the track this week, New Hampshire Motor Speedway is a 1.058 mile oval short/intermediate track. It sits in a classification of flat track with just 12° of bankign in the corners. It can be best compared to Phoenix, Richmond, and Martinsville but is unique in its shape so we will mostly concentrate on New Hampshire track history. Track position will be key this week so pay close attention to Qualifying which takes place this afternoon.

Favorite to win - Kyle Busch ($10,500)

If you missed the finish to last years New Hampshire 301 you better go check it out HERE. Kyle made one of the best passes of the season, and at the time it was only to get back on the lead lap late. It was his third win in four starts and sent him on his way to win the Sprint Cup Championship. Here we are in 2016 and he has already picked up three wins and after a four race slump is starting to trend back in the right direction. With a 7th, 2nd, and 12th last week after running out of fuel late. Outside of his win here last summer he has four Top 5's and five Top 10 finishes in the last five years here at New Hampshire. He is safe in all formats.

Upper Tier Value - Denny Hamlin ($9,500)

How can he be a value when his price went up $1,000 after last weeks mediocre 15th place finish? Well this is a new week at a new track and Hamlin is in a great spot here at New Hampshire. In the last five years(10 races) he has a win, four Top 5's, five Top 10's and a series best 416 lap led. He unloaded off the truck with the 5th fastest lap in first practice and then went on to Qualify 5th for the race. A Top 5 car that you can get as the 7th overall in salary is why he is a great value this week.

Mid Tier Value - Ryan Newman ($7,700)

Newman comes back to New Hampshire with some nice track history. He has recorded a win, two Top 5's and five Top 10 finishes. He is coming off his best finish of the season(3rd) and has seven straight Top 20 finishes including four Top 10's. He comes with added place differential upside this week as he was 6th in first practice but Qualified poorly and will start back in the 25th position. He is terrific play in all formats this week.

Also Consider - Jamie McMurray ($7,300)
