DraftKings, FanDuel Pitchers - MLB DFS Lineup Picks
Joey Cantillo, SP - CLE ($7.4K DK/$7.2K FD)
While Joey Cantillo has allowed a modest 5.40 ERA with a 1.53 WHIP over his last 18 1/3 innings, he is in a prime position to bounce back, facing a Minnesota Twins team that sold nearly everyone at the deadline. In addition, their top hitter, Byron Buxton, is currently on the IL with a rib injury, making this lineup even weaker.
On Friday evening, Gavin Williams racked up eight punchouts, and Tanner Bibee struck out five on Saturday.
Jacob Misiorowski, SP - MIL ($10.5K DK/$9.8K FD)
My other top pitcher to consider is a budding ace in Jacob Misiorowski. Misiorowski has struck out an incredible 26 hitters over his last 13 2/3 innings of work. During this stretch, Misiorowski has allowed just three earned runs and four walks.
While he may not be on a long leash, he is a top play due to his immense strikeout upside alone, facing a weak Washington starting nine.

Update - Logan Henderson will start for Milwaukee as Misiorowski was placed on the IL. Henderson remains a top play facing Washington.
Others To Consider (Cash/GPP):
- Chris Bassitt, SP - TOR ($8.7K DK/$8.8K FD)

DraftKings, FanDuel Infielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks
All advanced statistics mentioned are as of July 1
Michael Busch, 1B - CHC ($5.1K DK/$3.2K FD)
While Michael Busch has held a modest .315/.238/.216 line with just one home run over his last 11 games, Busch is in a prime spot to turn the corner this afternoon, facing Baltimore rookie Brandon Young. Throughout his debut season, Young has relied on his fastball just under 45% of the time on the bump.
When facing fastballs from right-handed pitching in July, the first baseman has generated a remarkable 1.019 xSLG with a .714 BABIP. Busch should be viewed as a top play given that he is cheaper than other high-end options at the position, such as Pete Alonso and Vladimir Guerrero Jr.
Mark Vientos, 3B - NYM ($2.6K DK/$2.6K FD)
Mark Vientos has had a disappointing season, especially after playing a key role in the Mets' run to the NLCS last fall. However, entering Saturday's slate, the third baseman has been riding a 10-game hitting streak and appears to be rounding into form. During this stretch, Vientos has posted a strong .343/.361/.468 line with three extra-base hits.
This afternoon, he will face San Francisco rookie Carson Whisenhunt, who struggled to command his changeup in his MLB debut earlier this week, as he generated a hefty .524 wOBA with it. When facing changeups from southpaws in July, Vientos has generated a .470 xSLG.
Gunnar Henderson, SS - BAL ($5.4K DK/$3.5K FD)
My final infielder to target is Gunnar Henderson of the Baltimore Orioles. Henderson has begun to catch fire, posting a strong .375/.474/.563 slash line with three doubles and a home run over his last nine games entering Saturday. He is in a great spot to stay hot, facing Chicago right-hander Colin Rea.
Rea has struggled to find success with his four-seamer as it posted a .395 wOBA in June and a slightly improved .432 wOBA in July. He has thrown this pitch just over 43% of the time this season. When facing four-seamers from right-handed pitching in July, Henderson has generated a stellar .611 xSLG with a .457 xwOBA.

- Dansby Swanson, SS - CHC ($4.1K DK/$2.9K FD)
- Andrew Vaughn, 1B - MIL ($3K DK/$3K FD)
- Jackson Holliday, 2B on DK, 2B/SS on FD - BAL ($4.8K DK/$3.1K FD)
DraftKings, FanDuel Outfielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks
All advanced statistics mentioned are as of July 1
Seiya Suzuki, OF - CHC ($5K DK/$3.7K FD)
Like his teammate Busch, Seiya Suzuki has found great success when facing four-seamer-heavy right-handed pitching. Since the start of July, the primary designated hitter has generated an impressive .957 xSLG with a .550 xwOBA, which are both the second-highest marks on the team, both behind Busch.
However, similar to Busch, Suzuki enters this game in a bit of a lump as well, posting a low .419 OPS over his last nine games entering Saturday. However, given this elite matchup against Young, Suzuki is in a great spot ot break out of his slump.
Tyler O'Neill, OF - BAL ($4.1K DK/$3.2K FD)
The 30-year-old outfielder was held out of action due to an illness on Saturday, but is a top option if he can turn the corner and sit up this afternoon. Facing four-seamer-heavy right-hander Rea, O'Neill is in an excellent spot to continue his power surge. Over his last eight games, O'Neill has launched four home runs and tallied 10 RBI.
When facing four-seamers (Rea's top pitch), O'Neill has generated an impressive .938 xSLG and a .544 xwOBA since the start of July.

— MLB (@MLB) July 29, 2025
Update - O'Neill remains out of the lineup. As a result, Colton Cowser is a viable pivot.
Isaac Collins, OF on DK, 2B/OF on FD - MIL ($3.1K DK/$2.7K FD)
My final outfielder to spotlight is Isaac Collins, who carries a very affordable salary. Collins has enjoyed a productive stretch in the batter's box, posting a .341/.431/.455 line with two doubles and one home run over his last 12 games.
This afternoon, he will face right-hander Brad Lord. While Lord's primary pitch (his four-seamer) was very effective in July, his secondary pitch (his slider) was not. This pitch generated a high .455 xSLG with a .368 wOBA. When facing sliders from righties in July, Collins generated a solid .344 xwOBA.
Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):
- Pete Crow-Armstrong, OF - CHC ($5.7K DK/$4.1K FD)
- Kyle Tucker, OF - CHC ($6.2K DK/$3.9K FD)
- Brandon Nimmo, OF - NYM ($4.7K DK/$3.1K FD)
DraftKings, FanDuel MLB DFS Stacks
All advanced statistics mentioned are as of July 1
1. Chicago Cubs vs. Brandon Young
The Chicago Cubs are in a prime spot to light up the scoreboard facing Young. Young enters this game with a 4.28 xERA and a .254 xBA over his first 36 2/3 innings in the big leagues. Over his last three outings, Young has allowed 12 runs and 19 hits across 14 2/3 innings of work.
His primary pitch, his four-seamer, has been very ineffective, carrying a .366 xwOBA and a .317 xwOBA in each of the past two months.
Favorite Combo: Busch, Suzuki, Crow-Armstrong, Tucker, Swanson
2. New York Mets vs. Carson Whisenhunt
The Giants' rookie took a tough loss in his MLB debut against the Pittsburgh Pirates on July 28 as he allowed five hits and four runs across five innings of work. While his primary pitch, his sinker, showed promise in this outing, his No. 2 pitch, his changeup, did not.
As noted when discussing Vientos, his changeup generated a hefty .427 xwOBA with a .625 xSLG. Expect the Mets to jump all over this pitch this afternoon.
Favorite Combo: Vientos, Alonso, Nimmo, Alvarez
3. Baltimore Orioles at Colin Rea
I would also suggest stacking the Cubs' opponent on this slate. The Orioles will face Rea, who currently sits in the 15th percentile in xERA and the 10th percentile in xBA. Over his last two outings, Rea has allowed nine runs and 15 hits across nine innings of work.
His primary pitch, his four-seamer, has generated a high .442 wOBA and a .342 wOBA over each of the past two months.
Favorite Combo: Henderson, O'Neill, Westburg, Holliday
