MLB DFS Lineup Picks & Sleepers - DraftKings Advice for 6/19/15

As always, my goal with this article is to help you identify viable options to insert into your DraftKings lineups, based on pricing and matchups data. He's a compilation of players I like when choosing a lineup for Friday, June 19th.

Editor's Note: If you play on DraftKings, you should check out our Partner FanDuel - they're hosting a one-day Fantasy Baseball league tonight. It's just $5 to enter and pays out $115,000 in cash prizes, including 10K to 1st place! Sign up Now and we'll give you free access to RotoBaller's Premium DFS Lineup Picks and Tools (a $29.99 value). You'll also receive a 100% bonus on your first FanDuel deposit.

Offenses to Target for DraftKings Stacking

Toronto Blue Jays (Middle of the Lineup) vs Mike Wright

The Toronto Blue Jays are just a complete offensive powerhouse. As a team, the Blue Jays hold the third best offense against right-handed pitching with a wRC+ of 109. Expect the Blue Jays to continue hitting well on Friday, as they face off against Mike Wright. Wright has given up five earned runs in each of his last two outings. He has also been struggling to keep the ball in the park. Kevin Pillar and Chris Colabello continue to be excellent bargain picks for your outfield positions.

Boston Red Sox LHB vs Yordano Ventura

The Boston Red Sox lineup struggled early this year but has really improved as of late. They now hold a top ten offense against right-handed pitching as left-handed batters with a wRC+ of 111. The offense should do well against opposing pitcher Yordano Ventura. Ventura is dealing with a hand injury and has failed to make it out of three innings in both of his last two starts. On the year, Ventura holds a 4.68 ERA with a 1.26 WHIP. Take a look at David Ortiz as a value pick for your first baseman slot.

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider for DraftKings

Lance McCullers (Hou, SP) - $8000

Lance McCullers has been pitching extremely well this year. He now holds a 2.00 ERA with a 0.89 WHIP. McCullers is matched up against the Seattle Mariners on Friday. The Mariners hold a bottom ten offense against right-handed pitching with a wRC+ of 88. This is actually McCullers’s second straight start against the Seattle offense. He struggled with control the last time out but still held the Mariners hitless through five innings in his last outing.

Kyle Hendricks (ChC, SP) - $6900

Kyle Hendricks has been extremely underrated this year as a nice source of solid outings with a good strikeout rate. Hendricks is matched up against the Minnesota Twins on Friday. The Twins hold a bottom five offense against right-handed pitching with a wRC+ of 84. Hendricks has been producing very well as of late and now holds a 3.80 ERA with a 1.15 WHIP. He looks to be a solid pick for your secondary pitching slot.

DFS Infielders to Consider for DraftKings

Matt Wieters (Bal, C) - $4100

Matt Wieters has been hitting extremely well since returning from the disabled list. He has a .355 average with two home runs and eight RBI. Wieters is in a great position to produce RBI given his ideal position in the middle of the Orioles lineup. Wieters should have a good day at the plate on Friday as he faces opposing pitcher Marco Estrada. Estrada has a 4.27 ERA with a 1.27 WHIP. He has also given up at least six hits in five straight starts.

Paul Goldschmidt (Ari, 1B) - $5500

Paul Goldschmidt remains atop the fantasy world as his incredible stats continue to validate his high asking price on DraftKings. Goldschmidt holds a .363 average with 19 home runs and 54 RBI. Pair these stats with his 50 runs scored and 10 stolen bases and you have perhaps the safest pick to build your roster around. Goldschmidt faces off against James Shields on Friday. Shields holds a 3.59 ERA with a 1.22 WHIP.

Ben Zobrist (Oak, 2B) - $4000

Ben Zobrist has regained some rhythm at the plate since returning from the disabled list. On the year, Zobrist holds a .244 average with three home runs and 21 RBI. He is also 8 for his last 14 with ten runs scored during this four game span. The Oakland offense is beginning to click, and Zobrist will continue to be the main beneficiary of the hot bats behind him. Zobrist is matched up against opposing pitcher Matt Shoemaker, who holds a 4.85 ERA with a 1.17 WHIP.

Todd Frazier (Cin, 3B) - $5200

Todd Frazier is on fire. Those who predicted that he would regress from last year have definitely been silenced by Frazier’s incredible production which is carrying the Reds offense. Frazier has hit two home runs in two straight games heading into Thursday and now holds a .294 average with 22 home runs and 46 RBI. Frazier should continue to hit well on Friday when he faces off against opposing pitcher Dan Haren. Haren holds a 3.22 ERA with a 1.00 WHIP, but he has been extremely prone to the long ball as of late.

Carlos Correa (Hou, SS) - $3900

You need to put Correa in your lineup for as long as he stays hot. His investment price has yet to catch up with his talent and production, so he is coming at an incredible bargain right now. Correa holds a .359 average with three home runs and seven RBI since getting the call up. He looks to be a top three shortstop in baseball and certainly could be the best shortstop in the AL by the end of the year. Correa faces off against opposing pitcher Roenis Elias, whom he has already seen earlier this month. Elias really struggled in his last outing against the Houston Astros and holds a 3.67 ERA with a 1.35 WHIP.

DFS Outfielders to Consider for DraftKings

Ryan Braun (Mil, OF) - $4900

Ryan Braun is a must start on Friday due to his complete domination against opposing pitcher Jorge De La Rosa. Braun is hitting in Colorado, and should look to break out of his recent slump. On the year, Braun holds a .253 average with 13 home runs and 41 RBI. He is a career 10 for 14 with three home runs against De LA Rosa. With this in mind, Braun should be worth the start despite his recent struggles.

Christian Yelich (Mia, OF) - $4200

Christian Yelich has bounced back nicely since his early season slump and DL stint. Yelich is hitting .276 in the month of June and has pulled his average back up to .238. He has earned the third spot in the batting order before Giancarlo Stanton. With this in mind, Yelich receives an increase in fantasy value due to the many chances he will get to score runs with Stanton behind him. Yelich is matched up against Anthony DeSclafani, who holds a 3.36 ERA with a 1.30 WHIP.

Brock Holt (Bos, OF) - $3300

Brock Holt looks to be an incredible value pick for your tertiary outfield slot. Holt holds a .314 average with 2 home runs and 15 RBI. Holt just hit for a cycle earlier this week is making a strong case for a permanent starting job over the other members of the clogged Red Sox outfield. He is matched up against Yordano Ventura. As mentioned earlier, Ventura looks to be in bad shape heading in to Friday.
