Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Hunter Renfrow had an injury-riddled 2022 season and mightily disappointed in fantasy football compared to his 2021 campaign. The 27-year-old played in just 10 games, catching 36 passes for 330 yards and two touchdowns.
He continues to be on the fantasy radar in at least deep leagues, and we have his latest injury update coming off his banged-up season.

Hunter Renfrow Injury Update For Fantasy Football
Renfrow left practice on Wednesday last week with an undisclosed injury, but he returned to the field the next day and took part in the final mandatory minicamp session. He's also recovered from the concussion and oblique injuries that caused him to miss seven games in 2022.
Renfrow's name has come up in trade rumors this offseason after the team took Tre Tucker in the third round, but nothing is imminent. He has about a $13.1 million salary cap hit this year and more than a $13.7 million hit in 2024, which will make it difficult to trade him.
Hunter Refrow 2023 Fantasy Football Outlook
Renfrow is healthy and doesn't appear to have much trade interest, so we can assume he'll be on the Raiders' roster for the 2023 season. However, his fantasy outlook is worrisome with Davante Adams and Jakobi Meyers in the picture.
Meyers, like Renfrow, does most of his damage out of the slot and is a premier possession catch receiver in the NFL. The former New England Patriot has posted at least a 22% target share in each of the past three seasons and has finished no lower than 25th in total slot snaps. Meyers previously worked with Raiders' head coach Josh McDaniels in New England, so he could start out with a leg up in the competition.
Darren Waller is gone, but the target competition will make it tough for Renfrow to be a consistent producer in the Jimmy Garoppolo-led offense. Renfrow is going outside the top 75 wideouts in early fantasy drafts, so he will start the year on the waiver wire in shallow leagues. Ultimately, an injury to Adams or Meyers will likely need to happen for him to be an intriguing flex option.
