Week 16 PPR FLEX Rankings for Fantasy Football: Ty Chandler, Jordan Addison, Ezekiel Elliott, Chuba Hubbard, Joshua Palmer

Jakobi Meyers - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Updated Week 16 fantasy football FLEX PPR rankings (RB, WR, TE). Set your winning lineups with our Week 16 NFL ranks for fantasy football.

Welcome back, RotoBallers! The final four of the fantasy playoffs start for most fantasy leagues. Depending on if you faced Puka Nacua or Kyren Williams on Thursday night, you may need upside to catch up and advance to the fantasy championship. We are here to help you set that winning lineup with our NFL team's Week 16 fantasy football FLEX PPR rankings.

Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco (shoulder) returns to action against the Las Vegas Raiders after missing the last two weeks with a should injury. Pacheco racked up 89 total yards and two scores in the previous matchup against Las Vegas. Washington Commanders running back Brian Robinson Jr. (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Jets. Antonio Gibson will be Washington's lead back but has a brutal matchup against a Jets defense that ranks seventh in rush DVOA. Here, you will find where Pacheco, Gibson, and other key FLEX options, such as Ty ChandlerJordan AddisonJames ConnerEzekiel ElliottChris Godwin, Joshua Palmer, and Chuba Hubbard rank for this week.

Our PPR fantasy football rankings for Week 16 are put together by Nick MarianoScott EngelAndersen Pickard, and Brandon Murchinson. In addition to our staff rankings, below you will find a summary of this week's important fantasy football injury news. There are always critical injuries to track, so check back until kickoff.

Week 16 Fantasy Football FLEX Outlooks and Rankings Analysis

A new feature has been added to our weekly fantasy football rankings article. Below, you will find our fantasy football outlooks for key options in Week 14, which gives readers a matchup preview of that player and advice on whether to start or avoid for the upcoming week. We provide outlooks for all 32 NFL teams, which can be found on our player profile pages and our fantasy football news desk.

Isiah Pacheco, RB, Kansas City Chiefs
Week 16 FLEX PPR Rank: 18

Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco (shoulder) returned to a full practice on Thursday. Pacheco didn't practice or play at all the last two weeks, but the Chiefs expect him to return for the Christmas Day battle on Monday against the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders. Fantasy managers should have already thrown Pacheco back into their starting fantasy lineups for a semifinal matchup this week. When healthy, Pacheco has been a top-15 back for fantasy managers in 2023 with 176 carries for 779 yards (4.43 yards per carry) and six rushing scores.

He's added 33 receptions for 209 yards and another TD. In the first meeting with Vegas in Week 12, Pacheco had 15 carries for 55 yards and two rushing scores, adding five receptions for 34 additional yards. With Pacheco on track to return in Week 16, it will send Clyde Edwards-Helaire back to a complementary role in KC's backfield.

Joshua Palmer, WR, Los Angeles Chargers
Week 16 FLEX PPR Rank: 81

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Joshua Palmer has some fantasy upside in Week 16 despite a tough matchup against the Buffalo Bills. Making the matchup tougher is the fact that quarterback Easton Stick will be leading the Los Angeles offense instead of Justin Herbert, but still, someone has to catch his passes, and Palmer seems the most likely to do it. Palmer showed he was healthy in his return to the lineup last week, and he was able to put up four catches for 113 yards and a touchdown.

The Bills' defense has been solid all season against the pass, limiting Palmer's upside a bit, but if we assume there will be some fourth-quarter garbage time for the Chargers again in this one, Palmer could pile up some fantasy-significant yardage, especially with Keenan Allen (heel) out. Palmer is a WR3 with some upside despite all the challenges.

Chuba Hubbard, RB, Carolina Panthers
Week 16 FLEX PPR Rank: 47

Carolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard has seen at least 22 carries in three straight games while rushing for at least 87 yards in each of those contests. He will look to stay hot in Week 16's home matchup against the Green Bay Packers.

The Packers have been a plus matchup for running backs this season as they are allowing the ninth-most fantasy points per game to the position. Hubbard has taken over as Carolina's lead back and should see plenty of work against the Packers, keeping him on the map as a solid RB2 in fantasy this weekend.

Garrett Wilson, WR, New York Jets
Week 16 FLEX PPR Rank: 50

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson saw just four targets in a blowout loss last week but should be a focal point in an excellent matchup against the Washington Commanders on Sunday. Although quarterback Trevor Siemian will be starting in relief of Zach Wilson (concussion), the second-year wideout has proven to be a dependable option regardless of who is under center.

Wilson also offers plenty of upside in this contest, as Washington has surrendered the most yards and second-most fantasy points to receivers in 2023. Fantasy managers have every reason to be wary of the Jets' offense, but Wilson should remain in starting lineups as a WR2 this week.

James Conner, RB, Arizona Cardinals
Week 16 FLEX PPR Rank: 55

Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner showcased his prowess in Week 15, rushing 14 times for 86 yards and a touchdown, coupled with three receptions for three yards in a loss to the 49ers. This follows his stellar performance against his former team, solidifying his status as a hot commodity heading into Week 16 against the Bears. Since his return from injury, Conner has maintained RB24 status, averaging 16.8 touches and 72.4 total yards per game.

Despite ranking high in explosive run rate, missed tackles forced per attempt, and yards after contact per attempt this season, he faces a stout Bears defense. Since Week 10, Chicago has allowed the fourth-fewest rushing yards, posing a formidable challenge for Conner. Fantasy managers should weigh his recent momentum against the Bears' defensive prowess in their decision-making, but he is currently tough to trust as anything more than an RB2/3.
